Anyone got any tips for hip injuries. Mines never quite been right since doing GNR in 2017. Flare ups been worse recently,probablt as I do more training #ukrunchat

@runningchannel Could also run home from work. Similar tips apply. If home is too far, commute a little bit of the way first then run the rest. You can even leave your clothes / bag at work to pick up the following day, making it an EVEN lighter run. #UKRunChat #Running #Run #CommuteRun

@FitBits_ I'm coaching on Zoom at 6:30 tomorrow evening so I am going to do my run before that. The coaching session is a fartlek with the durations of the runs generated randomly. Never tried that before. Could be carnage. :-) #ukrunchat

Last months #5km time trial result was 22:29 the aim was to get to 21 minutes something - tonight we got it (JUST) 21:59:04 ... so pleased as my legs were killing me!
