@CYPMentalHealth @normanlamb We welcome this inaugural annual report and the prominence it gives to parent-infant relationships and babies' mental health. #babiesinlockdown has been clear about how much babies' wellbeing has been affected by the pandemic too. #CYPMHCat10 https://t.co/h9aXfGKE13

@RichardGrahamUK will you be backing this call to invest in the wellbeing of babies born during lockdown? #babiesinlockdown #premborn #parentsarentvisitors https://t.co/IDOeNhMj5Q

@heli_med_james @neonatelee1 Thanks for reading. The memory of going in alone after he was resuscitated & back on the ventilator haunts me. It's made worse because I cannot understand how my husband from the same household would have significantly increased the risk of infection. #ParentsArentVisitors

@si88 I really hope this doesn't happen but if i can offer any advise please make your case to the #NICU especially if you live in the same household as your partner who has access. No access is not appropriate in #premborn babies with long stays. #ParentsArentVisitors #ZeroSeperation

Important @bmj_latest editorial on ensuring Covid-19 social distancing measures are not incompatible with a humane approach to visiting. It's vital we work *together* with patients & families to get the balance right this winter. https://t.co/Xzay5CLfCa

Couldn’t agree more - maintaining access & involvement for parents of babies in neonatal care is vital for both patient & family benefit #ParentsArentVisitors https://t.co/p4Nvzsylbl

We welcome the framework for reintroducing access for partners and visitors to antenatal and postnatal appointments, including pregnancy scans. This is a positive step for the health and wellbeing of pregnant women and will provide much-needed clarity for maternity staff. https://t.co/sNEUSwMUDO

Positive to see new maternity guidelines on access for partners / visitors; hope to see equivalent guidance for neonatal units soon to provide consistent approach to ensuring both parents are able to be with their baby as much as possible #ParentsArentVisitors https://t.co/6fvKRbTBML

Good meeting with Secretary of State @MattHancock tonight to discuss @Blisscharity’s “Parents aren’t visitors” campaign. Laura, Alex, Gav & I might be from different parties but we are all parents of premmies & using our experience to advocate in Parliament. https://t.co/gOD8UdDXa1

@littlegeoff1 @NNAUK1 There is such a variation in how units have enabled parental access through the pandemic. I hope that all units can get back to full access for parents as soon as possible. #parentsarentvisitors #partnersincare

@ULHospitals @nicdoc72 @roykphilip @Naro_Imcha @UL @UL_GEMS @IrishNeonatal @HSELive Given these babies are now on record. Will you also be following the long term social emotional and attachment impacts of babies born during the pandemic given the severely reduced visiting time many parents have had with their children. #parentsarentvisitors

It’s so important to recognise the integral part that parents play in the care of infants on neonatal units. We risk compromising the care of the most vulnerable patients in our hospitals if we don’t support this. #ParentsArentVisitors https://t.co/np41hjj7vD
