@robphillips3 Why not a 4-3 and keep Jaylon Lee and LVE on the field all day?

It’s just a hypothetical question. McCarthy has said they’re a 4-3 team but that doesn’t mean they can’t/won’t have some 3-4 looks. @BuckyBrooks wrote about this on the website this week. Great read. https://t.co/oRVFIOa3CS

@robphillips3 @dallascowboys Who would be your starting unit with the roster as is running a 3-4 package?

Hmmmm. The front seven: Poe at nose; Crawford and McCoy at end; Tank and Aldon at OLB but maybe could rotate Jaylon there; Jaylon, LVE and Lee rotating at ILB. https://t.co/pPq4KUbaUj

Hey Cowboys Nation, it’s time for a new mailbag. Send me your Cowboys questions here and I’ll answer a bunch on Alexa.

The https://t.co/fiDTYirx1d writers answer 5️⃣ questions as the Dak deal deadline nears ⬇️

Patrick Mahomes had two years and $27.6 million left on his existing deal -- $2.8M this year, $24.8M in 2021. His 10-year extension is worth over $400M, though it's still uncertain how much over. So the lowest his 12 year-deal could be worth is $427.6 million. But will be more.

And here in Dallas, we’ve got just under 216 hours for a Dak deal to get done in 2020. https://t.co/bP3ACPVFHS

McCarthy says it probably is. That surprised me, given all his years coaching in Green Bay. So I took a deeper dive ⬇️ https://t.co/29Ebu6gmay

@robphillips3 Why? Has been average to below average since 2015, has arguably the worst weapons of his career, and a defense poised for regression At least the Bills have weapons

1) All reports say Cam is healthy, and when he’s healthy, he’s still very, very good 2) I can’t think of a better organization to join for a rebound season 3) Belichick 4) Belichick https://t.co/RbFOUMeHxl

The Bills had a nice season. Blew out the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. But with Cam, and with Belichick, I fully expect a 12th straight AFC East title for the Pats.

In addition to Cowboys-Steelers, the HOF enshrinement ceremony has also been postponed until 2021. Jimmy Johnson, Cliff Harris are part of this year’s class. The PFHOF says next year’s ceremony will be “honoring as many as 28 legends of the game in two Enshrinements.”

As a public health precaution, all events associated with the 2020 Enshrinement Week Powered by @johnsoncontrols have been rescheduled for August 5 – 9, 2021. The Class of 2020 will be honored in a separate ceremony from the Class of 2021.

Congratulations @tfrederick72, who has been selected as the 2020 George Halas Award winner, given to an NFL player, coach or staff member who overcomes the most adversity to succeed. 👏

Two Cowboys players in 52 years have received this award, Staubach the first in 1980. https://t.co/TPGaFFjE6Q
