@BBC_HaveYourSay Regarding the BA cash refund report, As an international student it's very hard to get a ticket and is not a pleasant experience that I can't get a refund for cancellation. The worst part is that BA insists "I applied for the voucher" which is a lie and offensive

What is the use of vouchers when indefinitely all travel is called off? Should customers alone bear the brunt of cancelled bookings? Which is the forum that addresses these concerns?

Our money of over INR 5 Lakh with them. Pertinent to note that @qatarairways promptly refunded our cancelled tickets. Absolute lack of accountability and misrepresentation by BA. @IATA should pull them up for malpractice.

In other words, they do not have a refund option. They do however have a UK contact number, which makes you hold for over an hour (ISD rates apply) and resends you the same options. No recourse to any other option.
