@nytimes Considering the U.S. alone has around 26% of global COVID-19 cases, it is regarded as the epicenter of the pandemic. Whereas in Europe the number of daily cases are quickly going down, in the U.S. they keep going up. Why would the E.U. open the borders to risk great exposure?
