Free timed-entry passes are needed at all the museums except the @RenwickGallery because “it can accommodate safe crowd management and social distancing for the number of visitors permitted at one time.” Groups larger than 6 are prohibited at all the newly reopening museums.
JUST IN: This Friday, 9/18, the @smithsonian will reopen 4 more museums: the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the Renwick, the National Portrait Gallery and the American Art Museum.
