ActBlue processed $11,383,676 in donations between 9:22 PM and 11:10 PM. That's $105,404.41 per minute, $1,756.74 per second. There's no sign of slowing down.

Democratic donors broke the fund-raising record for ActBlue, the donation-processing site, giving $6.2 million in the 9 p.m. hour after Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died. Then they broke it again the next hour — giving more than $100,000 per minute. https://t.co/IefJ4Zg6WM

Democratic donors gave more money online in the 9 p.m. hour after RBG died — $6.2 million — than in any other single hour since ActBlue launched. Donors broke the record again in the 10 p.m. hour, giving another $6.3 million — more than $100,000/minute. https://t.co/UvGgqR3uld

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg fought to the end, through her cancer, with unwavering faith in our democracy and its ideals. That’s how we remember her. But she also left instructions for how she wanted her legacy to be honored. My statement: https://t.co/Wa6YcT5gDi

Obama statement mentions Merrick Garland and recounts how his nomination was held up. “As votes are already being cast in this election, Republican Senators are now called to apply that standard,” Obama says. https://t.co/HHnGNUtyiG

LINDSEY GRAHAM on March 10, 2016: “I want you to use my words against me. If there’s a Republican president in 2016 and a vacancy occurs in the last year of the first term, you can say Lindsey Graham said let’s let the next president, whoever it might be, make that nomination." https://t.co/DYXou0KEI8

You can’t make this stuff up https://t.co/xBVGVDu2YT

One thing that has become clear is that our democracy is far too fragile to survive with one party being able to seize minority rule. Democrats, if they win the Senate, should commit to statehood for the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico to compensate for this lopsidedness.

Let me be clear: The voters should pick a President, and that President should select a successor to Justice Ginsburg.

Opinion: With Justice Ginsburg’s death, Mitch McConnell’s nauseating hypocrisy comes into full focus https://t.co/fg7x7W1zXs (via @latimesopinion)

I still remember people who looked me dead in the eye in 2016 & told me, passionately - they really believed it! - that it made no difference at all whether Clinton or Trump won, & that they wouldn’t be voting for either. On nights like this, I think of those people and I get 😡

You...you mean your current coworkers? https://t.co/JqaF5Dj5VX

The moral and political case for immediate DC statehood got stronger tonight.

.@JoeBiden statement: “Tonight, and in the coming days, we should be focused on the loss of Justice Ginsburg and her enduring legacy. But just so there is no doubt, let me be clear: The voters should pick a President, and that President should select a successor” https://t.co/EVH9Zle0uk

AP: Biden says nomination to replace Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg should happen after voters 'pick the president'

She tried to warn us about the Supreme Court. Make this Senate pay: https://t.co/pDaqN00RfY https://t.co/oc5oKhYJsP

Sen. Lindsey Graham justifies his treatment of Merrick Garland: "If an opening comes in the last year of President Trump's term, and the primary process has started, we'll wait to the next election" https://t.co/E8N7a8IlIG

This needs to be cut into an ad and on the air in South Carolina by weekend's end @prioritiesUSA @ProjectLincoln @harrisonjaime https://t.co/BldXudxf80

Lord, we have lost so much this year. John Lewis was a blow. Chadwick Boseman was a gut punch. Nearly 200,000 souls have gone into the ether. Losing Ruth Bader Ginsburg just fills the whole atmosphere with despair. Let’s fight it though and honor these great souls by our actions.

.@VP - "once the political season is under way...action on a Supreme Court nom. must be put off until after the election campaign is over.”

Hypocrisy is at the very core of the Republican Party. https://t.co/9AZw1AYQXH

BREAKING: A high-level Romney insider tells me Mitt Romney has committed to not confirming a Supreme Court nominee until after Inauguration Day 2021. #Mittrevenge #utpol

Will they have the votes? https://t.co/yi52ArSj2M
