What do you love most about working in a university? Wrong answers only. https://t.co/xFTlQoX96c

We're beginning work on a collective action campaign to support Registered Reports. Please like+RT if this is something you want to see. Also seeking collaborators (w/@AllyGwl @UdiAlter @sam_g_robson @AoifeOMahony15 @metasdl), get in touch to help us design the campaign!

Fourth, large variations based on whether you had symptoms: Of those without symptoms -- 2.8% seroprevalence Of those with lots of symptoms -- 12.3% Of those with loss of smell -- 40.1%! 3/5

Loss of smell really seems to be a prime marker of Covid-19 infection. I wish health departments would give this more prominence in their advice to the public, rather than just โ€œcold and flu like symptomsโ€. https://t.co/PNVv4sZnHZ

@brexit_sham @GaryLineker .@Peston: Why do you disagree with Matt Hancock about face masks? @jeremyphoward: Because I'm a scientist who just led the world's first cross disciplinary international review of the evidence for this. #Masks4All #COVID19 #coronavirus https://t.co/8ZLXNhuCSl

A threat to the freedom of the press is a threat to all of us and our right to know. It's unbelievable the government still hasn't ruled out prosecution of journalists. https://t.co/7cwstIcGCN

I've just come to the end of a 4-year tenure, redeveloping & teaching a flexible online first, textbook free, skills-focused and accessible first year psychology unit. In this time, I've taught 5000+ students. I have opinions I'll roll out here, but ask me questions. #HPS111 1/n https://t.co/qasPwxAApc

Terrific thread! Also very relevant to academics in the UK! Would be interesting to compare the level of "top-down" micromanagement, and also the resources available, across systems and departments. https://t.co/bsTPujY4WJ
