    @foodandwine Halloumi an outstanding Cypriot cheese, grilled or use your frying pan w/a pinch of Greek olive oil, fresh or dry mint. FYI: the flavors of Halloumi are more enhanced when cooked. Get a nice caramel color on both sides & a good melt on the inside. Serve immediately.🍷
