We spent a week discussing the first 100,000 lives lost to the coronavirus and less than a day talking about the next.

The House passed a coronavirus relief bill more than four months ago and Mitch McConnell won’t even consider it, but he’s going to ram through a Supreme Court justice less than 45 days before an election?

One good way you can support @JoeBiden is to join this virtual fundraiser and conversation on gun violence prevention featuring @GabbyGiffords, @lucymcbath, @TedDeutch, @fred_guttenberg, @Alyssa_Milano and @BradleyWhitford. Sign up today! https://t.co/veHeEzGmaz

45 days until we replace 45

"I don’t think we should be moving on a nominee in the last year of this president’s term  —  I would say that if it was a Republican president ." - @marcorubio

Donald Trump says he wants to protect people with preexisting conditions. If that’s true, he’ll withdraw his support for this lawsuit today. I wouldn’t hold your breath.

Just a reminder that a now 8 member Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments in a case challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act on November 10, one week after Election Day.

The Supreme Court matters to the future of gun safety. Learn about @JoeBiden plan for gun safety reforms and the impact of the Supremr Court at this virtual fundraiser featuring @GabbyGiffords, @lucymcbath, @TedDeutch, @Alyssa_Milano & @BradleyWhitford https://t.co/YKyDLAdBMn

As to my view of filling a Supreme Court vacancy in 2020, I’d encourage you to review these most recent statements. NBC News https://t.co/wGnCdcpJjr The Hill https://t.co/cagapf6S9t

Here’s what you said three days before Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed: “If an opening comes in the last year of President Trump's term, and the primary process has started, we'll wait to the next election.” You’re not wriggling out of this one @LindseyGrahamSC. https://t.co/kKELCHb0xh

To those quoting Graham from 2016, he refers to new comments including: "After Kavanaugh, the rules have changed as far as I'm concerned." https://t.co/IqKcHAVoNZ

Kavanaugh’s final confirmation vote was on October 6, 2018. Graham said on October 3, 2018: “If an opening comes in the last year of President Trump's term, and the primary process has started, we'll wait to the next election.” Don’t fall for this crap. https://t.co/WQDLPAXJKE

America just surpassed 200,000 total deaths from Coronavirus and we still don’t have a national testing and tracing plan.

Graham says Garland was different. But his '16 comments are unmistakable: "If there’s a Republican president in 2016 and a vacancy occurs in the last year of the first term, you can say Lindsey Graham said let’s let the next president, whoever it might be, make that nomination."

The American people will choose the next president who in turn will nominate the next Supreme Court justice. #LetThePeopleDecide

I’ve been resistant to the idea of expanding the Supreme Court, but if McConnell pushes through a nominee before the election and the Democrats take back the Senate and the White House, it’s the only option.

We need the highest youth voter turnout in American history to save our generation.

Let me be clear: The voters should pick a President, and that President should select a successor to Justice Ginsburg.

“Voting for Joe Biden is not about whether you agree with him. It’s a vote to let our democracy live another day.” - @AOC

I am so glad that @KamalaHarris serves on the Senate Judiciary Commitee.

“Four and a half years ago, when Republicans refused to hold a hearing or an up-or-down vote on Merrick Garland, they invented the principle that the Senate shouldn’t fill an open seat on the Supreme Court before a new president was sworn in.” - @BarackObama
