The safety and well-being of everyone who uses Uber is always our priority. Twice in the past month, information and guidance has been sent to all riders and drivers globally, as well as Uber Eats customers and delivery people around the world, with helpful tips and information.

We are building contingency plans to address the remaining support issues. #InItTogetherApart

We have closed out GreenLight Hubs across the country to encourage social distancing, all drivers received an email about this. Drivers and riders still have access to the 24/7 in-app assistance should the need arise.
