Trump was a terrible businessman/developer because instead of being concerned with the financial solvency of a project, he was walking around checking faucets and light fixtures and demanding they be this, that or the other.

  • @The_Lone_Apple Yeah, but he wouldn’t pay for what he said he wanted, so they’d get the World Market/Crate & Barrel version of the luxury brand. I’ve been to apartments in his buildings, and they’re all facade: cut rate work with ornamentation slapped on to make it seem luxurious. All a con.
