@TIME I pity the fool state legislatures that made “open carry” legal— particularly at state government locations—It will make it SO much harder to screen out legitimate threats BEFORE hostilities start.
@TIME @CarolRenza Where is the #DHS Dept of Homeland Security in all of this with their 240,000 employees and huge budget? Seems they were absent that fateful day and one wonders just what the heck they are doing to protect "the homeland".
