As always, Sunday and Monday figures will be lower, but 170 reported fatalities today continues the clear downward trend. Previous Sundays- 269, 315, 420, 498, 686, 644. It's the lowest figure since 24/03 & the average of new cases is falling. Very encouraging progress.

@ProfKarolSikora But the Lockdown Lovers are now saying the gov are "covering up" the "real deaths" to get the economy up again. They've created a monster.

  • @ProfKarolSikora When I started to follow you on Twitter Prof, it was always because I felt you were a lone voice of reason, someone who tried to help people manage their fears through this difficult time for us all and I’m eternally grateful that !

@ProfKarolSikora we aren't they also highlighting # of deaths under 79 with no underlying health issues ? i think this would be helpful in regard of putting things into perspective, and mitigate the mass panic out there that we are all going to die if we further relax the lockdown.
