We often thank @nytimes for their great reporting and we should. They do incredible work. But it's equally important to thank the journalist themselves that actually did the hard work and broke the Trump tax return story. Thank you to @russbuettner, @susannecraig, @mmcintire

At Delhi's AIIMS, a 19 year old is India's forgotten Nirbhaya. Paralysed, tongue cut off, almost murdered, gang raped. Her only crime: being dalit and being female. The hathras gang rape has not been forgotten at @themojo_in. Her family is hoping against hope that she makes it https://t.co/PkxasgGV4i

Terrible news. The forgotten Nirbhaya story I reported yesterday: the young dalit woman, gangraped, strangulated, tongue cut off, paralysed, died this morning after a valiant fight to live. We shall be following this up all day today on @themojo_in https://t.co/cYmMjkLxA8

In a tour de force of hard won reporting, the New York Times has put numerical clothing on what weโ€™ve known about President Trump for years https://t.co/H2zAXeu0TZ @bopinion

Towards the end of his life when he was a destitute George Best was asked what went wrong:ย  "I spent my money on booze,ย  birds,ย  and fast cars.ย  The rest I just squandered", he said.

Hahahaha this is the best thing youโ€™ll read today! https://t.co/SQDxaCnoOb

Once every 2 months since 2012 #Nirbhaya trends on social media. Because when we thrust posthumous bravery upon the women who are victims of gang rapes/murders then we can laud them as martyrs of misogyny. So we donโ€™t have to worry about fixing our own misogyny.

โ€œIndian cinema is a national institution and a national asset. It is an aspect of Indian soft power. In destroying its credibility by hurting the standing and credibility of the individuals who make these institutions tick, we harm the national interest.โ€ https://t.co/5sit1RTRcJ

Absolutely right. And the tragedy is that the credibility of the Indian film industry Is being attacked on stupid, specious grounds by a bunch of hooligans who do not even understand what they are destroying. https://t.co/xeLj5nrkWo

UP police removed the family members forcefully. The family is inconsolable as the 20-year old's body was burnt just 600 metres away from her home. Her mother showed us the clothes that the brothers had gifted her in Rakhi, those will never be worn now. #Hathras #HathrasCase https://t.co/PMQmJBRWfk

Every time a rape happens we demand the severest punishment. But rarely are the perpetrators punished. After public outrage dies down, their political benefactors rescue them. This case must be made an example. These guys must be punished as severely as the law allows. https://t.co/W5Qn1XULQT

@shrikantd31 @ramanskapur @PritishNandy @rahultewatia02 Any game is a game to be played with the same fervor, to win and shine. @rahultewatia02 did great and I am sure he that knows glory is but a momentary wisp to be enjoyed.

โ€œHarvesting something from a wild animal is never going to be sustainable, especially if it's a top predator that doesn't reproduce in huge numbers. Trump dodging questions like they're income taxes

This is how #Hathras victim was cremated last night by the UP Govt after locking up the family.

We all should hang our heads in shame !

She deserved respects + justice; What have you done to her UP Govt ?!

Why wasnโ€™t the family allowed to take her remains to her house ?? https://t.co/enDkfllNGw

Good news Indiaโ€™s daily COVID count is now falling. Bad news Of 99 nations which released 2020 Q2 growth data Indiaโ€™s among 3 slowest suggesting itโ€™ll be among 10 slowest economies in the world in 20-21โ€”a sharp rank-reversal from 3 fastest 6 years ago. This can&must be reversed.

A society that lets its artists get destroyed ultimately lets its soul get destroyed.
