@penncouture @ombudsman4truth @ckolacia @MikeN64536 @LeeSmithDC @jsolomonReports @JohnWHuber @HansMahncke @themarketswork @TheLastRefuge2 when I saw the text of Annex A, it changed my understanding of Comey's "after party" with Trump. We've all thought that the Comey-Trump party was somehow central to the rationale for the CNN story, but it wasn't. It was Annex A itself that was important.
The Jan 2017 CNN story specifically says that Comey handed Trump a “two page” summary of the Steele dossier. That was incorrect, but the leaker wanted to reference Annex A https://t.co/8JVm6yi7Yh

Yo @LindseyGrahamSC, what happened to those subpoenas brua?
I've got a somewhat hastily assembled story up on the release of the new notes from the Flynn case -- handwritten notes of former DOJ official Tashina Gauhar. https://t.co/84gJsKtB4P
Pres Trump says hell be looking at a pardon for former campaign advisor Roger Stone, scheduled to begin prison term next Tuesday. In response to a question on departing WH, Pres said Stone was unfairly treated.
Commutation of the jail time for compassionate reasons rather than a pardon is the smarter move here https://t.co/sDMLnRrbFc
🚨New Flynn Documents - Thread. 1/30/17 DOJ(?) Memo: "FBI advised that they believed Flynn believed what he was saying was true." FBI determined "Flynn was not acting as an agent of Russia." https://t.co/ZwID3tHJPF

Flynn update: Judge Sullivan refuses to give up - and asks the DC Circuit for a rehearing (en banc) on the dismissal of the Flynn case. Allegation: the DC Circuit granting of mandamus "threatens the orderly administration of justice." Full doc: https://t.co/q1vcbGxKiA https://t.co/76ahD1xqWM
Sullivan heard the Bat Signal, suits up and asks for en banc review (a re-hearing of the case by full DC Circuit). Calling Rao’s majority opinion “couched” is not going to go over well... https://t.co/qiPOiMcvTC https://t.co/H7LqW2nx2R
People are asking me what I think of the Harper's letter. 1. I think anyone defending free speech and viewpoint diversity right now deserves support. So I support the general point of the thing. Still, I have to say this statement is pretty messed up. https://t.co/2fb2H7enQz
Investigators would like to speak with the driver responsible for defacing a recently installed Pride crosswalk at 16th St. and Esquimalt Ave. If you have information, please call 604-925-7300. https://t.co/ywkNR4DMAv https://t.co/ViW0ZxcxYN
Free alibi for the driver: just say you were speeding to a peaceful protest to throw Molotov’s at cop cars and these guys will back right off. Add a GoFundMe and you can even come out ahead https://t.co/8zGApPmpMc
MORE from Berman on the pressure he faced from Barr: "The Attorney General said that if I did not resign from my position I would be fired. He added that getting fired from my job would not be good for my resume or future job prospects."
Assuming this Berman quote attributed to AG Barr is true, it is disconcerting how Barr still misunderstands the nature of his opposition. Berman being fired doesn’t hurt his job prospects. It makes him a resistance hero in New York. He’ll be inundated with offers, book deals etc. https://t.co/FGv6NaVmFG
