@DrJoeAbah He has more than been a youth. He's empowered! He's not seeking entitlement for just been a youth. He's young and qualified.

David Sengeh, Minister of Education and Chief Innovation Officer of Sierra Leone. He is young but his youth is not his only attribute. He also has a PhD from Harvard and MIT and has a wide range of talents. https://t.co/UiHMIeVtte

In the end It will come to this the places you've been the people you have served the beauty you have co-created the lives you have stirred & transformed loved ones who have loved you as you are how deeply your heart has opened & loved I pray you dare to dance; to live; to love

The covid-19 pandemic critically reduced the supply of food due to the economic shutdown that kept farmers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and consumers at home The shutdown also affected global shipping and meant that our usual food imports weren't able to get to Nigeria

Great insight. Insurgency & banditry in the North, farmer-herdsmen clashes in parts of Nigeria had driven farmers from farms with subtle but progressive disruption of national food supply chain. Covid-19 was sucker punch that worsened situation you so ably described. https://t.co/RGNrkDWzwb

@OgbeniDipo There's no need to go all out in order to be seen. They're different people with different mindset on this App, find those with similar vision and click to. It is okay to learn and mingle with others but understand that you don't need to cross the line for clout.

A lot of young people swallow what other people say on this app (right or wrong) because they want to be seen to belong to a group or social circle, or defend a certain corner. I hope it’s not too late before you wake up from this delusional mindset.

In my experience, wealth are of three kinds. 1. There’s the wealth you are, the value embedded in your person in the form of knowledge or skills, or experiences and talents. These kind of wealth is the foundation of all human originated wealth.

Gosh I'm so emotional writing this, but today is my dad's birthday. He is 90 years old! This fine, compassionate, public servant and astute administrator is 90, and he is my father 😍 -Ambassador Godwin Onyegbula See thread 👇 https://t.co/MxEGQ5Dmu9

Congratulations. May God grant him more years in good health. https://t.co/59yiFmEauZ

I made a video of me wearing my full PPE, it’s called Donning. We wear all these before entering the red zone to attend to our #COVID19 patients. Do you think we will wear all these if Covid is not real? Look out for my next video to see how hot it is inside. #TakeResponsibility https://t.co/1l9bA06nVf

What is this for Christ sake,what is the rationale behind this? Our leaders need to do something about rape @MBuhari @elrufai @ChibuikeAmaechi @DrIsaPantami @hadizel @AishaUmmi_Garba @FrankNwekeII @ubasanius @fkeyamo #movementagainstrape #fightagainstrape #voicesagainstrape https://t.co/Sns6JcLuNb

2) There cannot be any justification for RAPE. We must all join hands to fight this criminal scourge through acts of deterrence- good or improved parenting, counseling, personal responsibility, mindfulness, law enforcement & speedy dispensation of justice. https://t.co/UVo20969VG

1) I condemn ACTs & recent upsurge in rape in our communities. I support the outrage & calls for government at all levels to intervene BUT urge that, WE ALL- parents, pastors, imams, teachers, students, communities, business & civic leaders & law enforcement have a role to play. https://t.co/UVo20969VG

@FrankNwekeII Thank You Sir for the reply. But Sir the present assessment could you say it was the best decision from the NBC then?

It is not out of place for countries to take pragmatic steps to protect and assert their sovereign national interests. Have you been following Dr Akinwunmi Adesina’s travails at the AfDB? Bottom line is some countries are interested in upstaging Nigeria at the bank. Simple! https://t.co/lyoanhcklJ

During a conference a few years ago, @FrankNwekeII spoke about how when HiTV got the premiership rights in 07 (I think it was) officials from DSTV told him they (HiTV) would lose it soon because they didnt have a sustainable business plan or model for content development

The rights have since eluded Nigerian companies to date. DSTV continues to enjoy price monopoly at the expense of Nigerian citizens. https://t.co/ORdS5iqcsi

We even got support from the House Of Lords. Nigerian companies were finally allowed to participate in the bid process. HiTV won. Victory for Nigeria. HiTV ran into problems- management and financial, subsequently. Checkmate- DSTV. Heartbreaking- Were the fortune tellers right? https://t.co/ORdS5iqcsi

EPL reminded no broadcast will take place in Nigeria if Nigerian companies were excluded. Stalemate. We told them meeting was over LEFT. Sensing danger EPL reached British Minister for Sports who asked for meeting with us. He agreed with our position. https://t.co/ORdS5iqcsi

After presentation, EPL secretary said they were committed to share holder interests. Our delegation announced that we were committed to sovereign interests of Nigeria’s Coporates & citizens. Stalemate. Statistics showed Nigeria was largest market. Choice was theirs. https://t.co/ORdS5iqcsi

Before then, working with BON, the NBC broadcast guidelines were amended to make it illegal for any foreign company to broadcast EPL rights acquired through a process that excluded Nigerian companies. https://t.co/ORdS5iqcsi

Nduka Obiagbena introduced Toyin Subair of HiTV to me. We mobilized Nigerian’s full sovereign powers- NBC, VON, BON, NTA along with private sector players- Ben Bruce, John Momoh, UBA, Ecobank & made strong representations to EPL, using data- population, TV sets per country etc https://t.co/ORdS5iqcsi
