I have also DM,ed you but still unread, impossible to phone you, understand you are busy but would really like an answer as due to fly in 10 days but event has been cancelled till next year

  • @British_Airways Hi, similar to a few other tweets, I have been trying to call ba customer service to amend a booking as says I can't do it online. On 2 different phones I only get as far as protect data. This has been 2 days now. Any guidence please?

  • @British_Airways My flight to Berlin on 26 March has been cancelled. I believe that I have applied online for a refund but have not received notification that it has been received. If it has not, I hope I will be able to apply later. I have not been able to talk to anyone on the phone. Thank you.
