As teams prepare to board flights headed to Orlando this week, a league memo acquired by ESPN outlines how teams will handle travel for players who must make the trip separately. Story: https://t.co/dkUWtZk8ak

From this week: 1. The roster rules for substitute players in Orlando https://t.co/4z2NK2CnDG 2. Can a second bubble work? @kpelton @TimBontemps @Mike_Schmitz https://t.co/VYbCYfOC1T

NBA teams in Orlando will scrimmage against a team in opposite conference or an unlikely first-round playoff opponent in same conference, league tells teams in a memo.

Scrimmages are part of Phase 5 that begins on July 22. https://t.co/q7iaUAAkz4

Why is Kelly Loeffler still a WNBA co-owner despite 'Donald Sterling vibes'? https://t.co/LnZ6sgpYit

Asking myself the same question https://t.co/4AbLp3vF9C

Since Victor Oladipo is traveling to Orlando with the team, the Pacers will not be allowed to replace him. Oladipo will also not forfeit any salary. Certainly a gray area when it comes to a player that finished the season playing 28 minutes in the last game of the season.

Took a look at the implications of Victor Oladipo's decision to sit out the restart: https://t.co/BpPbdLnLlC (ESPN+)

The @NBA & @NBPA have come to an agreement on the social justice messages that can be used on the back of jerseys during the NBA re-start in Orlando starting July 30, sources told @TheUndefeated. The list of approved messages and more here in @ESPN: https://t.co/Jtf9i4P6kb

New ESPN story: Gordon Hayward will leave the bubble, if Boston is still playing, for the birth of his fourth child in September. Story includes details on the procedures in place for a player leaving the bubble for an approved reason: https://t.co/h1EDjN4Uze

A poignant, powerful statement from JJ Redick: “To say that we have any sort of comfort level, would be a lie.  There is no comfort level...” https://t.co/6UR2jKdNaQ

Danilo Gallinari, an unrestricted free agent after the season, said he never considered opting out of Orlando: "The main reason is we are fighting for something, and I think what we are fighting for and what we are playing for is more important than the free agency."

Gallinari has earned $138M in his career compared to the $16M Davis Bertans has earned. Also, OKC is a legit playoff threat compared to Washington who is trying to force a play-in game. https://t.co/19uzvMakyq

Anthony Tolliver, secretary-treasurer of the NBA players association, says he proposed the idea yesterday of a pool of free agents coming into the bubble in case there are multiple positives on a team. Didn't imply that would happen, but shows discussions continue.

This is smart and recommended. https://t.co/lztgBpmzsU

New on ESPN: An inside look at how Deandre Ayton is evolving into one of the most promising young two-way bigs in the NBA. https://t.co/0WYGqudBbY

I also broke down film with Ayton. We analyzed his impressive growth as a rim protector and PnR defender: https://t.co/MLAjEbKYXD. https://t.co/3s1QjEiDR4

Reporting with @TimBontemps @kpelton and @Mike_Schmitz. What would a second bubble actually look like? https://t.co/VYbCYfOC1T

The logical decision is to keep the 8 teams in their home market and conduct a minicamp (but with restrictions on who plays) in mid-September. Use these teams as a test run for when training camp starts in November. https://t.co/QmpJBsOnyx

I was the 1st to announce my visit to Howard & other started to dream “what if”. I need to make the HBCU movement real so that others will follow. I hope I inspire guys like Mikey Williams to join me on this journey. I am committing to Howard U & coach Kenny Blakeney #MakerMob

Five-star senior Makur Maker announces he’s committing to Howard. Chose the Bison over UCLA. What a get for Kenny Blakeney. https://t.co/7LuLWEovNv

10,000+ positive tests in my adopted state of Florida today. Do we not get it yet? I don’t want to hear (or honestly care) that the majority is in the age range of 18-34.

ESPN’s Jackie MacMullan reporting on the 8 non-Orlando teams moving toward a ‘second bubble’ in Chicago. https://t.co/9Vs9Nt0x87

Interested to see how the NBA would deal with free agents on the 8 non-Orlando teams when it comes to a second bubble. Over 40 players that could become free agents in mid-October. Golden State is the only team with their full roster intact.

Suggestion would be to expand rosters to 20 like training camp. This would benefit players that finished the season in the G-League and protect teams if there are free agent defections. https://t.co/FRWiBkN06q
